Wave springs are sheet-type elastic metal parts composed of a number of wave crests and troughs. They are made of quality spring steel 65Mn (60Si2MnA/50CrVA /0Cr17Ni7Al /SUS304), having been subject to special heat treatment with hardness in the range of HRC44 -55. They are of black appearance and excellent elasticity. Wave springs are widely used in such industries as motor, textile machinery, hydraulic equipment and car etc.
